Terms of sales


To confirm any reservation, the payment of a deposit of 40% of the whole stay is requested.

For a single night stay, the deposit amount is equal to the whole stay.

To definitely confirm any booking, the deposit has to be paid and received on the guest house bank account. The deposit payment means that the guest has definitely accepted the guest house sales’ General conditions.

The remaining balance will be payable upon arrival at the guest house.



The full amount of the deposit will be refunded (minus 10€ handling fee) if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date.

In case of late cancellation (less than 30 days), no refund will be made.

In case of shortened stay, no deposit will be refunded and the full amount of stay will have to be paid.



Check-in is from 5:00pm (17hours) to 8:00pm (20hours), local time. For any early or late arrival, the guest must inform the guest house well in advance (at least one or two days ahead).

For any early arrival before check-in time, each hour will be charged € 20.

If the guest arrives the day after the agreed date, the previous night will be paid by the guest.



Departure time / Check out are before 11:30 am.



Breakfasts are served from 8:30am to 10:30am, at your convenience. For any exception, the guest must inform the guest house well in advance to organize special (free) delivery (i.e. because of early train or plane…).

Weather permitting, the breakfasts are served on the terraces.

In bad weather, the breakfasts are served in the veranda.


The cleaning is done every morning. So guests are asked to allow free access to the room later than 11:00 am.

The linen (sheets, towels) are changed twice a week or every 4 days. If the guest wishes, linen can be changed more often for an extra fee: €5 for the sheets and €5 for the towels or €10 for both each time. If the guest wishes to change linen every day, the daily fee is €5 for the sheets and €5 for the towels or €10 for both daily.



To ensure that all guest will be able to enjoy his stay, it is requested:

  • Not to smoke neither in the bedroom nor in the house. Of course, ashtrays are at disposal outside for the smokers,


  • Not to listen to music or watch TV with a too high sound level so as to not disturb the other guests. It is highly recommended to turn down the sound of the stereo or the TV from 10:30 pm (22h30),


  • Not to eat or store perishable food in the rooms,


  • To be careful not to slam the interior and exterior doors,


  • Not to let the children alone by or in the pool and in the terraced part of the garden. The parents must look after their children. In case of breach of this fundamental rule, the host reserves the right to ask the guest to leave La Pastorelle. In this case, no refund can be claimed and the guest must pay the balance of the remaining stay.


In case of damage caused by the guest, both inside and outside the guest house, the host will ask the guest to pay an extra fee to compensate for the cleaning and/or restoration of everything soiled or damaged.

The Pastorelle provides a set of keys for each occupied bedroom including the room key, the upper lock of the entrance door’s key and the gate’s key.

The guest will ensure to close both the entrance door and the gate using the corresponding keys each time he leaves the bedroom, house or the property. In no event host cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage suffered by the host due to non-compliance with this rule.

In case of loss of one or more keys, the host will ask the guest to pay an extra fee for the replacement of the involved key(s) and the corresponding lock, if needed.

The host offers the opportunity to freely park the guest’s car in the avenue des Bosquets, by the villa. In case of damage (of the car itself and/or objects inside), theft (of the car itself and/or objects inside), the host cannot be held responsible.
