The villa from the years 1950 and was completely renovated.
Its surface is of 170 m2. It is installed on a ground of 2000 m2 of which 1000 m2 are into restanque. Many trees are planted there such as trees with kiwi, mandarin trees, orange trees, olive-trees, almond trees, a pepper plant, bay-trees and fatty plants.
